Klarna
You can spread the cost of your investment using Klarna and their interest-free payment options. There are two options with Klarna: you can pay in 30 days or you can spread the cost of your orders over three payments with Pay in 3.
How it works
Step 1: Follow our checkout process, entering your contact details, address and delivery information. Once this is completed you will be redirected to our payment section. Select Klarna as your payment option at checkout and place your order - you do not need to create an additional account.
Step 2: From there, you can select either 'Pay Later with Klarna' or 'Pay in 3 with Klarna'. This provides you with a choice of payment options to suit you.
Step 3: Klarna will send you an email confirmation and reminders when it’s time to pay.

Split your purchase into three interest free payments. The first instalment will be taken from your card when you place your order. The next two remaining payments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days later.
You’ll get notifications for when your payment is due and when it’s collected.
Remember, it is important that you are able to make each repayment when due.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will a credit search take place?
Klarna may run unrecorded enquiries or soft credit searches that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Klarna do not run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
Can I return goods if I use Klarna?
You can return your item as normal under our normal returns policy. We will process the return and Klarna will adjust your payment schedule accordingly.
What happens if I don’t pay in time?
Klarna offers credit products and you are required to make your scheduled payments directly to Klarna. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule. Klarna will send you multiple friendly reminders before payment is due so you can make sure you’ve got enough money to pay. If payment fails, you may be charged a late fee, subject to T’s&C’s.

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Emperor Paint. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
